Villa Eden

10 guests • 5 bedrooms • 5.5 bathrooms – Step inside

Looking for a villa that fuses with the landscape? Then you are going to love Villa Eden. Its best feature is arguably the deck on the rocky coast, which blends in with the scenery and gives you access to one of the top snorkeling spots in the Rivier Maya. Also, the 40-feet swimming pool is not bad at all.

The interiors are spectacular too. All of the five bedrooms have gorgeous ocean views and private bathrooms. Meanwhile, stone walls and designer furnishings give the residence a tropical yet upscale vibe. Moreover, the coco palm garden is beautiful, and there’s even an outdoor hot tub and a rooftop lounge! There is clearly enough here to spend a wonderful holiday, but in case you ever want to go out, the town center is just 9 miles away.

Villa Sara

12 guests • 5 bedrooms • 5.5 bathrooms – Step inside

Architecturally stunning, Villa Sara boasts both exquisite interior design and unrivaled access to a prime snorkeling spot on the island’s west coast. With its chic decor, 50-foot infinity pool, and expansive living spaces, this brand new residence is undeniably gorgeous. However, the real show is its location.

The villa is nestled between tropical greenery and one of the best places to snorkel on the island. Two wooden decks give you access to calm turquoise waters, while diving tours can pick you up directly from the property. And if you were wondering about amenities, high-speed internet connection, kayaks, paddleboards, and even a Nespresso coffee maker are available.

Villa Sara is quite spacious, but if you are traveling with more than 12 people and need more rooms, you can always book it along with Villa Eden. Together, these residences are known as Villas Alma Cozumel and give you access to every suite and every amenity in both oceanfront homes.

Villa Grace

12 guests • 5 bedrooms • 5 bathrooms – Step inside

If you love interior design, deserted beaches, and views for days, Villa Graces is just the place for you. Located three miles north of Cozumel’s town center, this spacious residence is ideal for large groups. Its expansive living spaces are tastefully decorated. And although all five bedrooms are exceedingly comfortable and have their own bathrooms, claiming the master bedroom with the really nice bathtub is always a good idea.

Outdoors, the villa is equally impressive. A stylish infinity pool gives way to a stretch of white-sand beach that is practically your own. Sun loungers and kayaks are also ready for you to use, so go out there and make the most of them. You can always chill on the terrace later.

Villa del Sol

10 guests • 4 bedrooms • 4.5 bathrooms – Step inside

Villa del Sol is two stories of oceanfront bliss. Featuring a spectacular private beach and four spacious bedrooms, the residence boasts striking views from virtually everywhere. The master bedroom even has a private balcony where you can submerge in the scenery. And wait until you see the bath.

The residence is located on Cozumel’s northern coast in a cozy spot that, despite feeling secluded, is only three miles away from the town center. The villa is also magnificently furnished, while the sliding doors in both the dining and the living room make for a smooth indoor-outdoor transition that puts you even closer to the sea.

Villa del Sol and Villa Grace are sister residences. So if you’re traveling with a large group, you can book them together to have twice the space while keeping everyone close. When in tandem, they go by the name of Villas Solil Cozumel and can host up to 22 guests. No reason why anyone should be left behind.
